Working with our very experienced Head Chef and kitchen team, you will be running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and ensuring service runs smoothly. We can easily do over 100 covers in a busy night and have a function room also so a cool head under pressure and the ability to produce quality food at speed is essential.
Open 7 days a week, lunch and dinner, we take food seriously and only deliver the very best in range, taste & quality.
Ideally, you will have experience at Sous Chef level but if you are an ambitious & confident Senior CDP then we are happy to hear from you.
