Excited To Be A Part Of Totally Locally Cambridge

We are excited to be a part of Totally Locally Cambridge (TLC) which launched last week.

TLC's message that they have been working hard to spread is that if every adult in Cambridge decided to part with just $10 a week in our local businesses, rather than ordering stuff online or hitting up those big-box retail stores in Hamilton, we'd be looking at an extra $6,084,000.00 going straight into our local economy every year! That's right, six million bucks!

Now, I don't know about you, but that kind of cash could turn our town into a bustling business hub. More money staying right here means more businesses can thrive, and when they do well, guess what? They hire more people! Giving us more job opportunities and employment for our friends and neighbours. That's the kind of chain reaction we all want to see.

And speaking of supporting locals, we at Onyx are doing our part too! During October 2019, we're rolling out $10 cocktails from Monday to Friday between 3 and 6 pm. So, if you're in the mood for a tasty drink and a good time, swing by and join us. Let's raise a glass to our vibrant community and a brighter future.
